According to weight loss experts the #1 reason for uncontrollable weight gain is food addiction, especially foods that are made of simple carbs and sugar, making it virtually impossible to achieve long-term weight loss results.

Therefore your main goal if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off, is overcoming food addiction, and not going on the variety of diets we all hear about such as low-carb, keto, low-fat, calorie-deficit, etc.

To be clear, food addiction is caused from an imbalance in brain chemicals that keep you feeling hungry and craving food all day long, even feel like you are starving when you go on a restricted diet.

Resolving and eliminating food addiction, specifically to sugar which is 9 times more addictive than cocaine and foods that are mainly made of simple carbs, is a very simple process and when carefully followed, can be easily achieved within 90 days by virtually anyone.
